Yeah i got it again. This time nothing wrong with my PS3 just the Blu ray diode decided to burn itself out.
I had some dirty arguement with the staff on call, then her supervisor, then his manager. Eventually he just gave up and gave me a new PS3 for free. I think they tried to spite me though. They told me the PS3 was coming on Wednesday 12th so i stayed in and waited. Then they rang me at 5.30 and told me it was being delivered Sat 22nd.

Yet again i have a disc stuck inside there. It's been like 8 month since i got my last PS3 and i still haven't gotten BF:BC back.

Its a safemode that was in the 2.6 firmware *not normal ps3 reset although it looks like it*

give it a try to see if you can fix it or at least get your disk out

nah, i fouind the secret menu like a year agho and it has helped many times with speeding up my xmb. When i tried it (so i could get my fucking disc out) all it did was beep at me a lot. I swear sony are fucking retarded sometimes. They make this amazingly powerful machine and don't have a way of getting the disc out (without breaking the warranty) when it breaks. Shocked

You don't know? When your PS3 is in Standby (just the red light) hold the power on button for 3 beeps i think it is. If it takes to the screen where you can configure your display settings then you've held it for too long. There's nothing much to do on it unless you know what the commands mean.
