Films can take a long time to develop, just think about all the licenses they will have to get.

wel dno about a metal gear solid film, but i definately kno that there is a Bioshock (xbox360 game) film coming out

On the 360 it was crap anyway. If they bring it out on the PS3 they need to make the campaign about 5 times longer and it needs online.
