Recruitment-what to do

We are an E.U. clan only due to times and lag issues.
Please make sure you make a new topic/thread (Top left) and put in the following;

Age?
PSN?
Nationality?
Speak English?
Headset?
Your stats mainly kills, deaths and kd (gives us a rough idea)
Why you want to join oR?
Past clans?
What your ConsoleGaming (.eu) username?
What games your currently playing?
Any other info you feel like telling us.

We would also appreciate if your kd is above 1.80.
If your KD is below 1.6 your chances of being accepted into the clan are very limted.

A. Either get a lot better very quickly.
B. Make sure you add some people from the clan and play with them. If you constantly perform well whilst in the company of others in oR then you are a lot more likely to be accpeted. Repeatedly do badly and well, you'll have to practice more....
C. If you do manage to impress the clan you will be ask to play in a clan match as last part of trial, which i think you know what to do there .

Seriously P there's no point in being part of a clan if they can't either understand you or speak to you, it wouldn't be a clan it would be a random selection of people in a group.

I just put that if you're going to join you should be able to speak english and you've got to have a headset. Nothing annoys me more than having people on my team that could save my life but can't because they either don't speak english or they don't have a headset. A clan with a load of people that can't speak english/ don't have a headset isn't a clan at all it's just a group of people in a party as far as i'm concerned. No matter how good a player you are you're made better by having the ability to communicate.

i have a headset lol ....jus don't use it
used it at the beginning of cod, but that game is gay for headsets lol. might buy a wired one cos i use my mobile bluetooth headset atm.

I have a headset but its rubbish i can barely hear anyone on it, thats why i don't use it, i might get a new one before HAZE comes out.

I'd get s USB one as they are gely better quality. My Logictech 250 USB has a really good microphone and are quite confortable. Plus they're cheap.
Botom line is wired is better than wireless, one of the main things is- no charging.

We shoudl do a special test. Like not a 1v1 as people wouldn't want to join if they get crushed. Maybe a test to see if they can aim? And maybe just play a few different game types and find out if they're any good in a real game situation.

yh maybe a 6 man ffa and must be in top 3?
