I use Paint.net. Amazing program and free too. www.getpaint.net
I haven't been making sigs for very long but I know the basics like depth, flow etc.
I recommend you get a DeviantArt acc. There you can show all ur stuff and lot's of ppl will see it. Not just an upload site.

photoshop > paint.net

i used paint, gimp, photoshop and photoshop was best. torrent works well, so u may want to get it. i have a deviantart acc but i dont upload xD.

Hmm don't use MSN but you can add me on PSN if you want.
I know photoshop is better but I use Paint.net while I'm still learning. It can make some really cool stuff with all the plug-ins you can get for it.

My advice for you Balzan is to use better renders. It's really hard to make sigs around some renders but really easy with others. Like with my KZ2 sig the render was really good and had flow so it was easy to make a good sig (although I messed it up with the triple render. I'll have to re-make it some time).
