rang em up though and they're sending me a free upgrade to a 160GB model instead of a 60GB model cos this is ma second occurance. i don't know what you were talking about brim it was piss easy to get a new one? | |

| yeah but alex, like you said... this is your second occurrence. mine also happened when it was 32 months old, 20 months after the warranty ended.
I do not fail at arguing, but no multinational company like sony is gunna give 2 shits about someone who's product failed 2 months outside warranty.

They just don't care really. A multinational company also doesn't care about replacing one insignificant PS3. You just fail at arguing. Hell, you didn't even A. Ring them again to get another person or B. Ask to speak to the person's superior. In conclusion, you fail! | |

so the first one (assuming 1 years warrenty) was after a year and the refurb ones are still 6 weeks | |

| mine was out of warranty, rang them up didnt argue they just fixed it for free, but that weas back when ylod was in the news etc. maybe now they got harsher here, still need to get my other ps3's blu-ray drive fixed see what happens there | |
