So it Happened.

3 years it trooped on foor, and its finally given way :/ and taken MW2 with it.

Its official, i've got YLOD, i'm like 2 years out of warrenty so i'm going to take it to try n get it fixed.

Any time when they are open.
I was told mine couldn't be fixed because the GPU was literally fried. You may be in the same position after 3 years of use.
If they tell you it is unfixable then ask them to explain why on the reciept thingy they give you, make sure they clearly put it hasn't broken because of your use and/or misuse.

But yeah, GAME sent someone to come pick mine up so I'll eithe have it back and fixed or a slim within a week I hope.

Gutted for you Brim. Took Sony 2 days to drop me off a new PS3 after my Ylod's. At christmas too.

Haha, but the difference is that I'm either getting MINE or a NEW SLIM 250gb. Not someone elses crappy refurb.
to be honest I don't really care about how long it takes, I can live without my ps3 for a few weeks.

well, GAME's people have my playstation now.
they picked it up last thursday, so i guess i'll hear from them soon.
not sure how long it will take but i might be back up and running by the weekend, if not then definately next weekend

yea i've done some with sik to get red tiger on a few guns, does that make me any less of a player. No, just public games are boring.
