Well natation=swi,,ing i know that much. Free translation did the rest. Swimming is not better than going to the gym, even though i'm an amazing swimmer. You won't build muscle swimming, you'll just tone, therefore especially if you're weedy (Eh Luck, Dan, Brim, Alex *insert more names*) the gym is highly superior

errr.... nah swimming is more fun than gym and ur reasons for the gym are that u got bullied as a young child mayb a or beat by ur daddy? (jus spit balling here, feel free to add resons..........)

Swimming is not more fun, unless it's recreational. In which case doing it for exercise is even more pointless and stupid. My reasons for going to the gym are to build muscle and build strength. Swimming does do these, but inefficiently. Plus you're like 14, so you can't have done a proper session in the gym anyway

also u can look gurd while u do it and hence gt sum numbers get a party goin and let things play out from ther

swimming is actaully really good exercise, cos it is a gross skill,(uses arms legs, core and back).
also, u dont even do cardio in the gym... u just do benchpress for the whole time to justify your use of steriods...

I think i know a little more about bodybuilding than you do. You can only build a small amount of muscle (very small really) swimming. Swimming is very easy no matter how hard you swim or "push" as you say even though it's actually more of a pull action.
Swimming is pretty much pure cardio. I suppose if you did sprint swimming you could develop some fast twitch muscle fibers, but other than that thr gym will be a better choice.
